Transport packaging, dividers and corners help group products safely, protect them during transport and organise warehouse handling. We design them for a specific format, weight and palletising method.

Durable construction

We use 3- or 5-layer corrugated cardboard, choosing flute E, B, C, EB or BC to suit the loads and crush risk. We can use kraft, grey or white paper, and reinforced structures in areas particularly vulnerable to pressure.

Spacers and corners

Inserts, dividers and corner pieces stabilise the contents, separate items and limit cargo movement. These are simple solutions that often significantly reduce transport damage.

Process selection

We take into account the methods of packaging, storage, dispatch and unloading. This ensures that the packaging is cost-effective for large volumes, whilst remaining practical for day-to-day use.

Materials and construction

What materials do we use to make bulk packaging?

We select the material based on weight, format and transport conditions to ensure that the packaging is stable, cost-effective and convenient for day-to-day use.
